  • All orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value.

  • Payment must be received in full before any delivery is made. We accept major credit/debit cards, Zelle, and other approved payment methods.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders may be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.

  • Same-day or next-day orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are in preparation or transit.

  • To request a change, please contact us directly as soon as possible.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

  • Photo evidence may be required to process complaints.

6. Product Variations

  • Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. Arrangements may vary slightly in color or design while maintaining the overall style and value.
