Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items once they have been delivered or picked up.

However, if you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Photo evidence may be required.

At Floral Chárm, we’re dedicated to delivering fresh, handcrafted floral arrangements across Chicago and throughout Illinois. Whether it’s a thoughtful gift or flowers for a special occasion, we ensure each order arrives beautifully and on time.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to:

  • All neighborhoods in Chicago

  • Suburbs throughout the Chicagoland area

  • Cities and towns across Illinois

If you have a specific location in mind, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery Fees

  • Local suburb delivery starts at $10

  • For long-distance deliveries across Illinois, fees vary depending on location — we’ll confirm the total during order placement.

PLEASE NOTE DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Orders placed before 12 PM will be delivered on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered on the next business day or on the date you select.

  • Orders placed before 12 PM on Friday are eligible for weekend delivery.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday will be delivered on Monday or on the requested date.

  • Only the “Last Minute” delivery option is available on weekends for orders placed after 12 PM on Friday.

  • Any special notes or instructions can be added in the “Order Special Instructions” box below.

Urgent & Special Deliveries

Need flowers delivered at a specific time or outside normal hours? We can coordinate a custom courier or Uber delivery for you.

Delivery Packaging & Extras

To protect your flowers during transport, all arrangements are delivered in hydration boxes or vases.
Each order also includes:

  • A complimentary greeting card

  • Flower food

  • Care instructions to help your flowers stay fresh longer
